One Year Limited Warranty
Winnie Industries products are quality manufactured and adhere to industry standards. We warrant to the original consumer purchaser that this product at the time of its sale by Winnie Industries is free of defects in material and workmanship under normal and proper use for one year from the purchase date. Our only obligation is to replace or issue credit, at our option, for the defective item. This warranty excludes labor for removal of the product or reinstallation. This warranty is void if the product is installed improperly, in an improper environment, overloaded, misused, abused, or altered in any manner, or overall, not used under normal conditions or not in accordance with any labels or instructions. There are no other or implied warranties of any kind. Winnie Industries is not liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including without limitation, damage to, or loss of use of, any equipment, lost sales or profits or delay or failure to perform this warranty obligation.
